Simamkele Sitwebile is a designer, artist and facilitator based in Cape Town. Their studio practice employs digital tools to explore the relationalities of image, space and identity, refabricating graphic forms through the artifactual lens of virtual space.

In parallel, they develop community-based art-making workshops that foreground critical engagement with youth. These spaces of inquiry position looking and making as tools for reflection, dialogue and social cohesion—cultivating life skills while tracing connections between the micro and the macro, intention and chance.
